Barbara Tolkkinen, lifelong resident of the Twin Cities, received her law degree from Hamline University, where she had a Dean's Scholarship, served as a Peer Support Group Leader, and was Vice-President of the Business Law Association and President of the Association the following year. Additionally, Tolkkinen holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a business management degree from Hamline University, (cum laude).
